Newtown, PA. – The Mighty Oaks women's basketball team picked up a big win on the road as they beat Bucks County Community College 65-45. The women now move to 9 -11 on the season with two games remaining in the regular season.
Kathryn Laurence led the offense for Salem scoring 16 points on the night. Both Maggie St.Clair and Caroline Zullo scored 13 points for the Mighty Oaks. Zullo registered a double double adding 10 rebounds to her 13 points. Carly Santimaw had 6 steals to go along with scoring 9 points on the game.
The Mighty Oaks will continue their road stretch when they travel to Lackawanna College Saturday February 10. Tip off is slated for 1:00PM in Scranton PA.
